1. 왜 이렇게 V/A?

This expression for taking issue with a problem or view pertinent to the situation at hand. '그렇게'and '저렇게' can also be used, depending on what the dialogue refer to.

Ex.
ⓐ 왜 이렇게 (날씨가) 덥죠? why is the weather so hot?
ⓑ 왜 이렇게 버스가 안 오죠? why is the bus not coming?

A: 왜 이렇게 늦었어요?Why are you late (like this)?
B: 미안해요, 늦잠을 잤어요. 오래 기다렸죠?
Sorry, I slept in. You waited a long time, didn't you?
근데, 오늘 왜 이렇게 예뻐요? By the way, why are you so pretty today?
A: 정말요? really?
B: 네, 너무 아름다워요Yes, you are so beautiful.

2) More Expression
① 미안해요/죄송해요 I'm sorry.
As this has an informal sentence ending it would be best to use it only with people who are close.
Use "죄송합니다" with people you do not know or your elder.
② 왜 이렇게 비가 많이 오죠? 비가 왜 이렇게 많이 오죠?
You can use these expression when it's raining too much. The word order is different, but both
mean the same thing because most Korean adverbs is free in the sentence but 잘 isn't.
③ 왜 이렇게/그렇게/저렇게 웃어요?
we learned 이/그/저.. An expression that can be directed to someone who is laughing excessively.
The choice of '이렇게','그렇게',and '저렇게' changes depending on the position of the speaker and
listener.
